Welcome to IRUPA
IRUPA was founded in October 2001 by players from around the country and received the support of over 95% of the players. IRUPA is the official Players’ Union for professional rugby players irrespective of nationality in Ireland.
IRUPA is a non profit making organisation owned by the players for the players. IRUPA aims to promote and protect the welfare of our members by endeavouring to safeguard their futures both on and off the pitch.
Hibernia College IRUPA Rugby Awards 2013
Ulster No.8 Nick Williams was voted the Hibernia College IRUPA Players’ Player of the Year 2013 by his fellow players at the 11th annual awards ceremony at Dublin’s Burlington Hotel.
